Business formation in Delhi or Incorporation Procedure of a Private Limited Company is administered as prescribed under Companies Act, 2013

The process of Company formation in Delhi can be illustrated in the following List:

Name – Apply to your title availability of the recommended firm with the Central Registration Center (“CRC”) and the titles of the Company shall differ and will not be already registered with the ROC. In the case of Indian Subscribers, SPICE + MoA (INC-33) & SPICE + AoA (INC-34) needs to be registered & signed digitally and in the case of non-resident supporters, needs to be signed manually and contributor section of MOA and AOA have to be exemplified by Indian embassy/ Apostille based in an overseas country.

But in the event the non-resident supporters visit India on Business Visa for registering the certifications for business registration, then the MOA and AOA need to be signed Digitally instead of standard signatures and such environmental MoA and AoA have to be linked in type SPICE + to proceed together with the waiver application.

Processing of COMPANY REGISTRATION APPLICATION

1. After attaching the signed documents together with the ID and Address signs of all of the promoters and proof of Certified office speech, Publish the form SPICE + (Component B) online using Digital Signatures for Company Incorporation and the records shall be processed from the ROC in about 3-5 working days.
